Account Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your FestiGather account and associated personal data.
Delete your account in the app
If you can access your FestiGather account, open the app and go to Profile Settings, then choose Delete Account. The app will ask you to confirm before deleting the account.
Request deletion outside the app
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] with the subject FestiGather Account Deletion Request. Include the email address or username connected to your FestiGather account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What deletion covers
Account deletion revokes active sessions and deletes or anonymizes personal profile data where required. Some records may be retained when necessary for security, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, audit, moderation, backup expiry, or legal obligations.
